Alan Applegate
Drummer Alan Applegate grew up in Grand Rapids, MI and has played locally and
in the Detroit area for over 20 years. During college, Alan studied with Rupert
Kettle, and performed with the Grand Rapids Junior College Jazz Band, and the
Aquinas College, and Western Michigan University Percussion Ensembles. Also
during that time, He played with Lee and Melissa Limbeck in the pop/variety band
"Onyx"for over 10 years. More recently, Alan plays for Amy Young, Circle
Theatre, and various jazz gigs and studio work.
